Paytrail plc will appear as the payee on the bank statement or card bill and will forward the payment to the merchant. Paytrail plc is licensed as a payment institution. The parcel machine is a new service of the Post that facilitates the sending and receiving of parcels. There are self-service vending machines all over Finland, which are also available on weekends and in the evening.

Pick up from Jumbo store: 0 €
In addition to the postal package, you can choose pick-up from Ponke’s Jumbo. Free shipping is convenient if you visit Jumbo. Once the parcel has been collected from our online store and delivered to the Jumbo store, we will send you a text message, after which you can pick up your parcel from Jumbo. The delivery time for pickup packages is the same as for postal packages and they can be picked up within 1-2 business days of ordering.
NB! Orders containing a board cannot be delivered to the vending machine due to the size of the package. Please use a standard mail package. Oversized parcels are directed to be picked up at the post office.
We will ship the items you order by mail as soon as possible, usually within one day of receiving your order. If any of the items in your order are out of stock, we will contact you. Orders will arrive in your home mail within 1-3 business days, depending on your location and how Post operates. Weekends and holidays may delay delivery.
Product Return Right
All products have a full 14 day return policy. The product can be returned free of charge as a customer return. The product to be returned must be completely unused.
To return a product, follow these steps:
– Include a refund / exchange statement and IBAN to which we can refund your money.
– Pack the product properly
– Take the parcel to the post office (Note: Do not leave the parcel in a place where you will not receive proof of your return)
– Require a postal counterpart in the mail to ensure that the package will be returned to us and you will get your money back / product replacement.
(Note: A simple receipt is not enough in case the package is lost, so always keep the return counter and the receipt.)

The shipment must be accompanied by an order confirmation, a refund statement and a clearly written IBAN account number where we can refund your money.

If you would like to change the product, write down the description of the product you want to replace. If the replacement product you want is cheaper than the original product, please enter your account number in IBAN so we can pay the difference to your account.
REFUNDS CANNOT BE DELIVERED TO OUR FORUM OR ISO OMENA STORE. RETURN TO JUMBO’S STORE OR POST OFFICE AS A CUSTOMER RETURN. REQUEST A MESSAGE TO RECEIVE AND RECEIVE YOUR RETURN. Refunds can only be paid by bank transfer.

Fixing a product defect
If the supplied product is defective, you can report the product as an error and send the product as a customer return free of charge by mail. At the same time, please advise whether you are returning the product and whether you would like your money refunded or whether you would like us to send a replacement product for replacement. For refund, please provide your account number.
